As a member of the eight person internal communications team for a megachurch, produced and directed over two hundred videos for weekend services, websites, conferences, and other events. Led selection and deployment of SAN and Asset Management system for four departments. Designed and tested workflows and processes for coordinating multiple editors and the move from Final Cut Studio 3 to Adobe Creative Cloud. Designed and outfitted video production studio. Recruited and led team of volunteer cast and crew.
